Our Snow Guarantee for the end of this 19-20 Ski Season

With our snow guarantee you can book your next ski holiday knowing we are by your side if the ski resort closes before expected. If the ski resort you are visiting closes before the official closing date, you can cancel your booking, change dates or destination without any extra admin fees.

Terms and conditions

- Our snow guarantee only applies to the following resorts: Andorra (Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal and Ordino) and Formigal.

- For the guarantee to be effective, the ski resort must send an official statement stating that 100% of the resort is closed.

- Your ski holidays and thus, ski pass dates must be between:

April 1 and May 3, 2020 .

- The hotel should be a member of our snow guarantee

If we were to receive an official statement from the ski resort, our customer service will get in touch with you and offer you 3 options: change booking dates, cancel the passes and enjoy a holiday in the mountain (we can offer alternative activities) or a total refund. All without additional costs.

Dates and hotels included in the guarantee

The snow guarantee applies to customers that are travelling in the following dates:

April 1 and May 3, 2020 .

Before confirming your booking, make sure the hotel you have selected is a member of the snow guarantee. It is very easy to check: during the booking process you will see the hotels with the snow guarantee stamp, specifically on step 2 of the booking process.

What if the resort closes before the 2020 Easter Break?

If this were to happen, our customer service will get in touch and you can give your final decision within 8 hours from when we first contacted you.

What if I decide to change the booking dates?

You can change the date of your holiday as long as the hotel/apartment has availability. Please not that if the new booking dates are more expensive, you will have to cover the balance.

We understand that some of you have also booked flights, so, if the ski resort is closed during your travel dates, we can also offer you another destination! We also manage 2 other websites which offer beach destinations and city hotels. The sites are www.buscounchollo.com and www.amimir.com. If you tell us where you are flying into, we can offer you destinations close by so you can still enjoy your 2020 Easter Break.
