Can't wait to be surrounded by snow? Neither can we! We have already started to post offers for Andorra, Pyrenees and Sierra Nevada for the next 2015-2016 Winter season. If you haven't started to plan your ski trip, what are you waiting for? We have good enough reasons and package deals to get you planning ahead.

1. Book hotels and get an Early Booking Discount

If you reserve your trip now, you can take advantage of special discounts for booking in advance. Some of the hotels and apartments we post on our site offer this discount. To find out what accommodations offer it, all you have to do is select your booking dates and you will see which ski package deals include the "Early Booking Discount" (in green). Also, if you put the mouse over this text, you will see the period when this discount is available. Here is an example:

2. Make sure you book your favourite ski hotel

Once the ski season begins, the hotels and apartments closest to the slopes are the first ones to get fully booked. This usually happens at the weekend and during key dates of the year such as the December Bank Holiday (in Spain) and Christmas. So if you book your holiday in advance, you'll have a bigger variety of accommodation to choose from.

Esquiades.co.uk recommends you not to leave it to the last minute, as the closer you are to your booking dates, the harder it is to find availability at the hotels/apartments near the slopes.

3. Travelling with children? Quadruple rooms are usually the hardest to book

There are fewer apartments and hotels with quaderuple rooms in the mountains and so, once the season has begun, it is even harder to book them.

This usually happens in our top ski destinations and especially in the ski resorts of Andorra. Hotels located near the ski slopes of Grandvalira and Vallnord are usually the ones that run out of quadruple rooms especially in December, January or February.

So, for those of you who are going on a family ski trip and prefer to book a room for four people, we advise you to book your accommodation + ski pass deal before Winter.

4. Book your hotel room now and pay the first 20% of the reservation

If you want to guarantee availability and book rooms in your favourite hotel but don't want to pay the total amount, you can select the option of paying the first 20% of the total price.

You can pay the balance in installments at your convenience. Please keep in mind that the total amount of the reservation must be paid at least 15 days before your arrival date.

5. What if it doesn't snow? We have a Snow Guarantee in Andorra

If you're skiing in Grandvalira or Vallnord and have booked one of the hotels that includes the snow guarantee, please read more about it here.

Esquiades.co.uk includes this guarantee in your booking in case the ski resorts in Andorra announce that they will remain completely closed. In this case, we will proceed to refund the total 100% of your reservation or, if you wish, offer you the possibility to change dates free of charge.
