What happens if you can no longer cancel your booking free of charge and you must keep home confinement?

Our Refund Guarantee with Covid-19 coverage allows you to cancel for free in case of:

✓ Hospitalization for Covid-19.

✓ Medical leave due to Covid-19.

✓ Home lockdown by a member of the reserve or the person with whom they live.

In order for us to proceed with the free cancellation, in the first two cases , the affected persons must be members of the reserve or direct relatives who would be parents, grandparents, spouse, siblings, children or grandchildren.
