2.1 From 6 to 9 April Sanglièr Fest, Salardú

Thanks to the recent snowfall in April, which left about 20 cm of new snow, and the drop in temperatures, an Easter Week with good snow conditions and with part of the resort open, weather permitting, is expected.

The ski resort of Baqueira Beret proposes once again an Easter full of activities to enjoy with family and friends.

Spring allows us to enjoy the season in a different way: with more hours of sunshine and many options for outdoor activities in a perfect environment such as the Vall d'Aran.

Baqueira Es Gastronomy

The pleasant temperatures that accompany the spring invite you to enjoy the gastronomy of Baqueira in its terraces. At the foot of the slopes, both in Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua, we find terraces ideal for a snack in memorable landscapes.

At 2,200 meters we can taste top quality meat with Summatura steaks made at the time or delicious skewers, in a magnificent orientation with views of the peaks of the Val de Ruda to Aneto.

For those who prefer to enjoy a meal with incredible views of the Aneto and Maladetas, the terrace of the 5J Baqueira Grill at 1,800 is ideal for tasting the best acorn-fed ham in the peninsula or a barbecue with friends and family.

In the Orri area, in Moët Winter Lounge, we will find the best champagne accompanied by delicious tapas of author selection or exclusive Sushi Bokoto, all on a terrace overlooking the imposing North Face of Baqueira.

The rest of the restaurants, scattered throughout the ski area, will remain open, except for Parrec Dossau, Bar 1,800 and Bar Bonaigua.

Baqueira Es Ski Service and Baqueira Store

The official Ski Service points of Baqueira Beret will be open until the last day of the 2022-2023 season offering the best service.

Easter is always a good opportunity to enjoy other modalities that we are used to, such as snowboarding or telemark. Different sensations to slide during the last days of the season. All this equipment can be rented at Ski Service and returned at any of its rental points throughout the resort.

At the end of the season, Ski Service offers skiers an overhaul and tune-up, and also keep all your ski or snowboard equipment until the start of next season. A good way to have your equipment ready and stored in the best conditions, waiting for you for the 23/24 season.

Thursday 6 April: at 11 am Presentation of the new Snow Museum "A journey through snow, mountain and Pinieism" and at 6 pm Conference Alex Txikon "Winter expedition to Manaslu, projection Anwar".

Friday 7 April: Retro skiing: Bring your best vintage outfit and get ready to pick up speed!

Saturday 8 April: at 12h Yoga class; at 16h Children's activities: Spartan race for children! and at 18h Music in Salardú Square: Cocosito Verde, Begut, Amsterdammers, Smile.

Sunday 9 April: at 11 am Family party in Bagergue: crazy jump race, inflatables, ball house; followed by a traditional basket workshop with Tòn Leja and ending with a Vermut Torero in Eth Both.

From 31 to 9 April: Easter Craft Fair in Urtau Square in Arties from 12:00h to 21:00h. Free activities every day from 17:45h. Organized by Associación d'artesans e artistes d'Aran.

From 2 to 9 April Holy Week in Bossost: For the followers of tradition, Bossòst organizes all kinds of proposals for Easter. On Palm Sunday and Maundy Thursday will host the traditional Masses, at 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm, respectively. On Good Friday it will be the turn of the Via Crucis Procession at 10:00 am. On Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday the Masses will be celebrated again.

From April 5 to 9 - Social Races:

At Easter it is also a tradition to celebrate the social races of the many clubs that carry out their season in Baqueira Beret.

On Wednesday, April 5, the Ainhoa Ibarra Club and Montanha Aran Club will be held. On Thursday, April 6, it will be the turn of COPOS and Escuela Aranesa; on Friday, April 7, it will be the turn of Ski-Camp Era Escola.

On Saturday, April 8, it will be the turn of the CEVA club social and the Gold Test, an alpine skiing test for the winners of the weekly Era Escòla courses. The CAEI social will put an end to the Easter competitions.
