Built in 1860, this historic building has been meticulously protected and renovated for over 3 years to restore its original beauty. Located right in the heart of Madrid's lively Malasaña neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, the building is within walking distance of Madrid's most famous sights, such as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Teatro Real, Plaza de Santa Ana and La Latina. The Noviciado metro station is 200 meters from Malasaña Central Suites and is only one stop from the Teatro Real de Opera and two stops from Puerta del Sol, followed by Parque del Retiro and many other places in the center.
