Distribution of the apartments:

  • Apartment for 2 to 6 people : Two double bedrooms + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.

The keys are handed over at the reception of the Roya hotel.

The apartments are located about 100 meters from the municipality's sports complex, 2 km from the access to the Skipallars ski slopes through the Espot Esquí ski area and a short distance from the Aigües Tortes National Park.

Direct payment at the accommodation reception of the Catalan tourist tax (Law 5/2012 of March 20). Stays with more than seven nights will pay a maximum amount corresponding to seven nights of stay per person. Exempt from paying minors up to 16 years of age.

There is very poor insulation between neighbors, you can hear a lot of noise. The kitchen and blinds need a deep cleaning. To spend two days well, but in general everything is very outdated and not very comfortable.

The sheets were ripped, I don't know I could hold the shower handle. The pots and pans leave a lot to be desired. The beds are not very comfortable. But hey, to spend a few days with family and friends is fine.

The apartment sucks. Everything is super old, shabby and a lot of dirt. In the bathroom there were spiders and about 30 flies in the bathtub every day, literally. The sheets had holes, the ceilings and walls with cobwebs, the fridge did not close, the heating makes the same noise as a waterfall and so on.
