Good location near the underground station
The furnishing is very old and worn out, broken light (on the ceiling), broken shower holder, no TV remote control in the room, dirty walls, no tissues, just one small blanket for two persons, very cold room! Very poor breakfast, not eough plates and cups available. Above all only one of two elevators was working. Elevator is for up to 3 persons / 300 kgs, nevertheless it got stuck with my husband and one guest in it for about 40 minutes. The bell and intercom in the lift did not work! There was not enough air to breathe and the hotel staff had no emergency key for opening the cabin. They didn’t want to call the fire department and just called the technician who arrived in half an hour. It took a while to get them out. The hotel definitely doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars. I don’t recommend to stay there!

Disappointing
The air conditioner won't let us set the temperature to what we want—it has to be set to what they want—and it doesn't cool the room! We were sweating the whole time... The cleanliness is terrible, the pillows are bad, the shower is broken, the light didn’t work… We complained at the front desk, they moved us to another room, and even that one was terrible… It advertises itself as a 4-star hotel, but it’s not even close to a 2-star!! We even had to pay the city tax separately from the rental price through the app… it’s not worth the money!!
Ar condicionado não pode colocar na temperatura que queremos, tem que ser na que eles querem e não gela o quarto! ficamos suando o tempo todo... a limpeza é péssima, os travesseiros são ruins, chuveiro quebrado, luz não funcionava... reclamamos na recepção, trocaram a gente de quarto e mesmo assim estava péssimo... se coloca como um hotel 4 estrelas mas não são 2 nem de longe!! ainda tivemos que pagar a taxa da cidade por fora do valor do aluguel pelo app... não compensa o valor!!

The elevator motor was making the bedroom windows vibrate. The shower was falling apart. There was no ham and cheese for breakfast.

Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

Another great experience with esquiades.com The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes. Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance. It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area. Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

It is imperative that you distance…
It is imperative that you distance yourself from this website. We traveled from Italy and made a reservation at a hotel that was advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, exhausted with my 80-year-old mother, the hotel refused to accommodate us, claiming they were not pet-friendly. The information provided by Amimir was incorrect, leading to our eviction. Furthermore, Amimir did not take the initiative to assist us in finding alternative accommodation for the night.

Company trying to deceive people! One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

We booked a ski weekend for a large group including hotel rooms, ski passes and equipment rentals. The overall experience is very positive, the booking process was smooth and the options were clearly accessible. Been using Esquiades for 10yrs wouldn’t use anyone else. Only issue we have constantly is that we never receive the voucher for the Andbus. I know the details are in the confirmation email but Andbus REQUIRE their voucher and QR code. Each time we book we have to ring to ask for the voucher. It would be nice if the voucher was sent automatically.
