About the accommodation
Hotel Placido y Grata 4* has 15 spacious rooms, in a relaxing atmosphere, to enjoy and get excited. Each room has a totally different distribution, making the experience of staying different each time. Being a rehabilitation of a manor house, each room was adapted to the distribution of the house in its origins.
The access to the rooms overlooking the courtyard is of a special charm. A ceramic lattice is the protagonist. It ventilates the rooms, while creating a wonderful play of light and shadow. From this access you can glimpse the patio, whose pavement is made of cobblestones, giving the sensation of still being in the street, capturing the essence of Seville. The rooms overlooking Monsalves Street retain the original beams of the roof of the house.
Each of the rooms has been designed down to the last detail to make you feel at home. The timeless furniture has been meticulously selected. They are all fully equipped with excellent quality facilities and have sustainable and natural mattresses.
At Plácido y Grata, they look after the individual wellbeing of each of their guests, as well as the wellbeing of the environment. That is why they make responsible use of air conditioning, water and electricity consumption, waste management and recycling.
