About the accommodation

The Velarta Hostel is located in the village of Villanova (Huesca), a strategic halfway between Castejon de Sos and Cerler place.

It completely remodeled, was originally the first hostel of the valley. It can accommodate more than 100 people in different accommodation, from apartments to dorms. It has more than an acre of garden, dining room, living room and a large separate hangar to organize activities.

Ideal for long stays or weekend, as a starting point to enjoy all kinds of hiking, biking, winter season Cerler, the ski Llanos del Hospital, and / or Natural Park Posets-Maladeta with more than 66 three miles, its mountain lakes and glaciers. Or just relax.

Room types:

Room 4 people: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds, blankets available, towels not included but can be rented. Windows overlooking the valley. Shared bathroom.

Room 6: Room with 3 bunk beds, blankets available. Towels are not included but can be rented. Windows overlooking the valley. Shared bathroom.

Mixed Dormitory 16 people: bedroom 70 m2, has 8 bunk beds, windows overlooking the valley, 1 water and 2 sinks.

Apartment 4-6 people: Apartment of 45 m2 distributed in a living room, bedroom with 2 bunk beds and bathroom. No kitchen.

9.7 Álvaro traveled solo December 2019 The accommodation is very comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the staff super nice and attentive, the food was the best, quality and in good proportions.

the bed a little small if you measure 1.85 or more. the dinner schedule starts at 9 a little late for skiers.

El desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad.
Impossible to rest. Exaggerated noise until dawn. After a day of skiing, nothing recommendable. And with children, even less. To emphasize that there is no area to eat something, only open the dining room for those who hire food. It's the first hostel I see like that.
Imposible descansar. Ruido exagerado hasta la madrugada. Tras una jornada de esquí, nada recomendable. Y con niños, menos aún. A destacar que no existe una zona para comer algo, sólo abren el comedor para los que contratan comida. Es el primer albergue que veo así.

 7.7 Carola travelled with  friends January 2018 Very comfortable hostel to ski with friends, couples .. very good food and lovely staff! Heating another strong point to keep in mind the cold outside
albergue muy cómodo para esquiar con amigos, parejas.. la comida muy buena y el personal encantador! La calefacción otro punto fuerte a tener en cuenta el frío de fuera
the bathrooms are shared but the big problem is that they are small and there are few for the bunk beds

El personal es muy amable y educado, limpieza en las habitaciones, baños , sabanas y camas.
Missing plugs into any room and locks on the doors of the rooms, no service saves sky.
Faltan enchufes en alguna habitacion y cerraduras en las puertas de las habitaciones, no hay servicio guarda sky.
