About the accommodation
This captivating and historic hotel enjoys a privileged location in the Batha district of Fez. Right in the heart of the Medina, it is close to the French Institute and a 10-minute walk from some emblematic places, such as the Tombs of the Merendins, the Qarawiyyin Mosque or the Bou-Inania Madrasa. Inspired by Andalusian architects and artisans, the building dates from the early 20th century. The central courtyard, with its ornate arches, intricate stucco work, colourful mosaics and imposing cedar doors, is surrounded by the bedrooms, all luxuriously decorated with colourful curtains and brocades and a mix of antique Moroccan and English furniture. The traditional Arabian baths offer soothing relaxation and invigorating spa treatments, while massage services and a steam room will help ease fatigue and prepare for a good night's sleep.
