The hotel is located in the tourist center and city center of ""Kusadasi"" 150 m from the beach of ""Guvercinada"". The ""Adnan Menderes"" airport in Izmir is 75 km away. It opened its doors in 2001, has 4 floors and was renovated in 2005. In total there are 72 bedrooms, of which 8 are junior suites. It is air-conditioned and offers a lobby with reception, lift, safe and cloakroom. In addition, it has at its disposal a bar, a dining room, a restaurant and a conference room.
