About the accommodation
This hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter, just 2 blocks from Bourbon Street and Storyville. The Riverwalk Markplace is only 9 blocks away. Built in 1789, this modern hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and comprises 5 floors and 98 beautiful bedrooms recently renovated in 2006. Facilities on offer include a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange and lift access. In addition, there is a bar, restaurant, room service, car park and a car park (check rates at reception). Natural and neutral colours create a chic atmosphere, as do the glass-enclosed showers. All bedrooms feature the best in designer linens and toiletries, minibar, CD/DVD player, coffee maker, hairdryer and ironing set. In addition, there is a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, Internet connection and individual air conditioning. The hotel has a charming patio where you will find sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a bar with service. In the lobby there is a bookcase and there are also CDs. The famed Ralph Brennan's Bacco restaurant (from New Orleans' legendary Brennan's) is open for lunch and dinner with Italian dishes. Breakfast is served in the bedrooms only. Cocktails are served at the patio bar.
