About the accommodation

The Princesa Park 3000 Apartments are located in the Andorran town of Pas de la Casa, a few metres from the access to the Grandvalira ski resort. The city and capital of Andorra: Andorra la Vella, is just over 30 kms from the accommodation.

Please note that a studio is the same space, that is to say, both the beds and the kitchen area will be in the same room. They have a a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub.

*The distribution and decoration of these studios may vary.

Studio 2/4: Maximum capacity for 4 people in an open space of 33 square metres, with a double bed and an Italian sofa bed for two people.
Apartment 2/4: Maximum capacity for 4 people, with living-dining room, kitchenette, Italian type sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with double bed and another small room fitted out as a dressing room.
Apartment 4/6: Maximum capacity for 6 people. Two double bedrooms and double sofa bed in the living room.

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00 hours.

If you are arriving after 20:00h. you must call the reception of the accommodation to communicate your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided with your travel voucher.

Surcharge in case of late check in:

- Key handovers until 20:00h free of charge.

- Key delivery from 20:01h to 00h00 hours surcharge of 20€ payable directly on arrival. (Please advise at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 00:01h01h to 02:00h surcharge of 35€ direct payment on arrival. (Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 02:01 am surcharge of one full day more.

Deposit deposit of 150 € per apartment or studio, in cash or credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
