About the accommodation

The Princesa Park 3000 Apartments are located in the Andorran town of Pas de la Casa, a few meters from the access to the Grandvalira ski resort. The city and capital of Andorra: Andorra la Vella, is just over 30 kms from the accommodation.

Please note that a studio is the same space, that is to say, both the beds and the kitchen area will be in the same room. They have a a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub.

*The distribution and decoration of these studios may vary.

Reception: From 17:00 to 20:00 hours.

If you are arriving after 20.00 hours you must call the reception of the accommodation to communicate your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided with your travel voucher.

There is no extra charge for keys handed over until 22:00 hours.

The delivery of keysfrom 22:01 to 00:00 hours will incur a surcharge of 20 euros to be paid directly at the accommodation.

The deliveryof keys after 00:01 a.m. entails a surcharge of 35 euros to be paid directly at the accommodation.

Deposit deposit of 150 € per apartment or studio, in cash or credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

On the last day of your holiday, upon your departure from the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.

Please note!

The accommodation accepts pets but dogs of dangerous breeds are not allowed. If you are going to travel with your pet, you must inform the accommodation in advance.

El apartamento es cómodo y tiene buena ubicación

The fact of having to collect and return the keys at a point that is not close to the apartment has been the worst experience we have had in many years when it comes to booking accommodation. Why not deliver the keys at the door of the apartment, instead of having to waste hours going back and forth to a seedy reception where we had to wait with about twenty other people? Do you find it so hard to think a little about the comfort of your guests instead of just making money? It is enough to put a locker with the key on the door of the apartment or an electronic access code. Or just hire more staff instead of forcing your customers to stand in line after spending all day on the slopes. Even though we already did the entire check-in process online. Another wonderful example has been paid Wi-Fi. That we are in 1996 or what is wrong with them? Can't they include Wi-Fi as a complementary service like the rest of the places on the planet since they charge us a bundle a night? Anyway, this has been the last time I rent something with Esquiadas. It has been a waste of money and time. Luckily we had good snow on the slopes.

El hecho de tener que recoger y devolver las llaves en un punto que no queda cerca del apartamento ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en muchos años en cuanto a la reserva de un alojamiento. Por qué no entregar las llaves en la puerta del apartamento, en vez de tener que perder horas en ir ida y vuelta a una recepción cutre donde tuvimos que esperar con una veintena de personas más? Les cuesta tanto pensar un poco en la comodidad de sus huéspedes en vez de sólo en ganar dinero? Basta con poner un locker con la llave en la puerta del apartamento o un código de acceso electrónico. O simplemente contrata más personal en vez de obligar a sus clientes de hacer una cola tremenda después de haber pasado todo el día en las pistas. Incluso que ya hicimos todo el proceso de check-in online. Otro ejemplo maravilloso ha sido el wifi de pago ¿Que estamos en el 1996 o qué les pasa? No pueden incluir el wifi como servicio complementario como el resto de lugares del planeta ya que nos cobran un pastón la noche? En fin, esto ha sido la última vez que alquilo algo con Esquiadas. Ha sido una pérdida de dinero y de tiempo. Menos mal que tuvimos buena nieve en las pistas.
