One of the most anticipated dates for winter sports fans is the Constitution Bridge (or the Purisima or Immaculate Bridge). If you have come here, you surely know what the reason is: the beginning of the snow season. The Tavascan ski resort, opened in 1991 and also known as Tavascan-Pleta del Prat , is deployed just 10 km from the town of Tavascan, in the municipality of Lladorre, in the Natural Park of Alt Pirineu and in the region of Pallars Sobirà. Located at 1,750 m above sea level, this high mountain resort puts in your hands all the services you need, as well as cozy shelter of the Pleta del Prat.

If you have never visited this magical enclave, the first thing that will catch your attention will be the absence of large apartment or hotel buildings. It is definitely not like the rest of the ski resorts. However, that is not surprising, since its philosophy is to integrate into the Pyrenean environment and ecosystem. There are 6 km of beacon awaited for alpine skiing, distributed in 7 tracks of all difficulty levels: 2 green, 1 blue, 2 red and 2 black. Due to the privileged location of the resort, visitors will always find the terrain ready to go on skis, without the need for snow cannons.
