We want to apologize for the situation caused by COVID-19, for which we have recently had a large increase in calls and messages directed to our Customer Service department.
This situation occurred since last Thursday the 13th and lasted for practically all of Friday the 14th, the day when most of the ski resorts informed us of their closure for the rest of the season.
It is very possible that during this period we have not been able to assist you by phone as we always do, and for this reason we want to apologize again and tell you that we are doing our best to answer all queries.
