The Ordino Arcalís resort continues its commitment to actions related to its sustainability and waste reduction policy and now promotes activity that combines a healthy dinner with a yoga class. The activity will take place in the restaurant of Els Planells on Friday, February 14 , and consists of a yoga class for couples and a dinner based on healthy and proximity foods , which will be done by promoting the non-generation of waste.

Ordino Arcalís three seasons ago that has launched sustainability actions , linked to gastronomy and restoration. This time, in addition to promoting healthy living, respect for the mountains, nature and the environment in general, proposes a healthy dinner ( healthy night ) based on foods made with Km0 products, which respect the distance between the point of sale and production, following a " slow food " trend. The resort wants to position itself in this way by claiming a new way of understanding food, promoting sustainable development and supporting local producers, creating a commitment to all factors involved, events that ultimately affect the health and welfare of consumers and the future of the planet.

The menu is primarily conceived of vegetables , with fun combinations. Participants can choose from the buffet dishes, and responsible consumption will be promoted. All the gastronomic action is surrounded by a sustainable conscience, since the objective will be to generate the minimum of organic waste and possible materials ( zero waste ). No packaged products will be served and all leftover food will be donated.

As for the yoga class, and taking into account that it is Valentine's Day, a specific routine for couples has been prepared, which does not necessarily imply the accompaniment of it. You can do the activity with friends, family, with the couple, and if you want, you can come individually and from the resort the group will be coordinated so that everyone can do the exercises in company. The class will go to Marta Rosinach Street.
