Important arrivalsTo be able to check-in at the accommodation, it will be necessary to make the pre check-in online. This amount will be refunded if the conditions of the accommodation are correct when you leave the accommodation. The refund of the deposit will be made within 48 hours after the departure date.

Tourist tax:During the check-in onlineyou will be asked to pay the tourist tax per person by credit card throughcard by means of virtual TPV.

The general cleaning is already included in the price, however, the apartment must be left as it was found on the day of departure (cleaning done, dishes cleaned and put away, blankets put away and garbage thrown away). In case of not leaving the apartment clean, there is an option to pay a cleaning fee of 40 € for the studios and 50€ for the apartments.

Apartamento AC Madriu is located in Pas de la Casa and is directly on the slopes.

It is a completely renovated apartment for 4 people with a kitchen and a bathroom. The distribution is as follows: double sofa bed 140x190 in the living room and double bed 140x190 in the bedroom.

If your estimated arrival time is after 8 pm., you must compulsorily call a number that we will provide you with in the confirmation voucher so that they inform you of the place where you must collect the keys to your accommodation. The reception will charge you extra for arriving after the opening hours.

Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay a deposit of €250 by credit or debit card that will be refunded after check-out, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.
