This new residence has 115 apartments spread over a 15-story building with elevator, offering a quiet environment, especially designed for families.

Guests can enjoy a free shuttle service between the 4 areas of Les Arcs. Those arriving by car can leave their car in the car park lot available (additional charge).

The location is excellent, right next to the funicular and less than a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts. They have a self-service laundry, bread ordering at reception, a swimming pool, and a sauna.
