"Es un hotel muy acogedor, en la temporada que fuimos preNavidad habia muy poca gente en el.
Lo mejor es la localizacion , en pradollano donde poder pasear por las tardes y hacer compras.
Y tambien muy a destacar las taquillas, justo al lado del telecabina alandalus, es decir sales del hotel con zapato normal, vas por el garaje a las taquillas, te pones las botas y esquis y subes en un ascensor y ya estás en la puerta del telecabina. Supercomodo para llevar a niños."

"The location, the facilities to access from parking and tracks, rent material, ski storage, you can reach all sites without any stairs. The style of the hotel is great, very well maintained although it is old but there lies its charm, with stone, high ceilings, very mountain and an original breakfast with typical products, generous, common areas with large windows, is not typical new hotel neutral and standard."

"The hotel service, spectacular. Attentive and fast. Ski storage service under gondola lift, of great importance to facilitate logistics, especially if you are learning. Luggage service on the last day and shower facilities to shower before leaving the hotel. The great breakfast buffet with beautiful views. Rooms well decorated and cozy. Very cozy cafeteria with views of the mountains, fireplace, billiards. Ideal place to have a drink in the afternoon after skiing."

"The location is the best you can find for that price. The breakfast is very good and of great quality in the food. The common areas are very well with sofas and some fireplaces, the bad thing is that although there were several there was only one plugged in, they should be the two that there are. It has a dressing room with showers that come perfect for the day of departure if you want to take advantage of it, as well as when you arrive if you do not have the room that was my case."
"The beds, do not fit anything to the rest of things offered by the hotel, if they change the mattresses and were not so high (you have to climb almost to climb the bed) would be an insurmountable hotel for that price and situation, I still recommend it . This hotel is not luxury, but for the prices that are in Sierra Nevada it is very good. Another thing that should facilitate is that the ski passes are in the hotel so as not to have to queue at the ticket office, but this will be a matter of Esquiades or the station. "The room: bathroom, mattresses and very old furniture. Humid smell The hot water was brown. We had to go down to reception on several occasions and wait half an hour with the taps open to change our room. The change of suitcases had to do us. They asked us to change the ski guard but we refused since we were only going to be there one night and we did not want to waste more time. We were involved almost two hours to solve the water issue. The phones in the rooms did not work so we had to be constantly going down to reception. The reception staff was very friendly, but being an expensive hotel, you do not expect to have this kind of problems."

"We had to ask for another room because the first one had a strong musty smell. The second was better, although it also had a smell of pipes. They have to fix it in some way, with absorbents or something. We also did not like that when hiring for Esquiades we had to go for the ski pass to the public ticket offices, thus losing part of the ski lessons for the endless queues from the first hour. I think that when hiring a pack, they should be available for the client at the hotel."
