The apartments are located in the upper area of the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, more than 350 meters from the Parador chairlift. The apartments are located in the following buildings in the Upper Zone: Nevada Area, Boabdil, The Alps, Acongra, Galatino and similar.
All apartments are fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, television, kitchenware, heating / radiator, bathroom with shower or bathtub. A deposit of € 150 per apartment will be requested and must be deposited with a credit or debit card.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF KEYS
The reception and collection of keys will be made at the reception of Hotel Montesol Arttyco (in the Acongra building next to the CARD, in the upper area of the resort). You must contact the accommodation on the day of arrival to confirm the arrival time

"The "floor" has what it takes - it has a small fridge, microwave, and a fairly modern TV; It is well located about 5 minutes walk from a chairlift to go down and up to Pradollano without much complication. "Despite having taken a studio for 1-2 people, I did not think that I would find a nothing more than a sofa bed for two adults. To say that benefits are basic is a lot to say. The sheets with spots of ... Oil? Can be? And being a sofa bed, there was nothing like hooking the bottom to anywhere so you dance a lot. It seems that one of the two radiators did not work, and had left one of oil to help, but even so, it was very difficult to heat the room. Moreover, being on the first floor, the floors were constantly damp from condensation due to the difference in temperature between the floor and the room. That humidity was noticeable in everything that touched the floor (clothes of course, the comforter, the slippers even), and in the bathroom it seemed that even the towels that were in a kind of hollow (in the absence of a shelf more Traditional) they were wet. But in their case they are not constructive, they are rather a revenge for a misunderstanding on their part. Everything comes from his mistake of not informing Esquiades.com or the establishment that they had 2 different reservations, with different names, made a week apart, ... So it is materially impossible for us to know that they came together. That already motivated them a tremendous anger at his arrival without being our fault. Normally customers when they make different reservations notify us either directly or through Esquiades.com of such situation and we assign them nearby apartments (as far as possible); and you did not. Sorry, it's not our fault. When you book you can see that it is not an aparthotel, they are tourist apartments located in different buildings of the Station. Everything that counts later is a consequence of his failure to inform. The proof is that the comment of the other reservation made by his friend is a copy of this. The staff never compromises to solve the problems of the clients (neither for blankets nor for any other thing, here they are to solve the pr...oblems that could arise), for that reason it is the most valued by our clients with more than an 8 out of 10. We have 24 hour attention to solve problems that may arise, and you did not use it. No one has ever complained about the beds in that apartment and as for the toilet if he had warned the maintenance staff he would have solved it. But if he does not warn us ...
