Apartments Villanua 3000 is a 5-minute drive from El Juncaral Ecopark. It offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchen.

The apartments are simply decorated and include a bathroom with bath or shower, living area with sofa and TV, kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, utensils and washing machine, coffee maker, bed linen and towels.

The distribution of the apartments:

Apartment 2/4: Maximum capacity for 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition to a kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom.
Apartments 3/5: Maximum capacity for 5 people. They have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for your stay.
Apartments 4/6: Maximum capacity for 6 people. They have two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. In addition to a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

However, between 23:01h and 00:00h you will have to pay a surcharge of 20 € for late arrival. After 00:00h there will be no access to your apartment.

Deposit: 150€/apartment or studio, by credit card.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
