About the accommodation

The hotel is located in the quieter southern part of Zermatt and offers a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The nearest restaurant is around 100 m away, the city center with bars and night clubs is around 800 m away and the tourist center and shops of Zermatt are around 1 km away. The Small Matterhorn Express gondola is only 7 km away. In good snow conditions in winter you can even ski from the hotel door. The family-friendly hotel was beautifully renovated in 2000 and offers a total of 39 rooms and apartments in 3 different houses. Offers a free shuttle service from Zermatt train resort to the hotel and back, on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. Other facilities include a lobby, safe, currency exchange service, Internet connection (for a fee), room and laundry services. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Other amenities include a double bed, direct dial telephone, cable TV, WiFi internet connection and individually adjustable heating. Most rooms have a terrace or balcony with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a beautiful new health and wellness area with a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a whirlpool, a sauna, a steam bath and massage and wellness treatments. A continental breakfast and buffet breakfast are served each morning. Dinner is served à la carte or via set menus. The hotel pampers its guests with an à la carte restaurant, a bar and an old winery.
