The food was good and varied. The breakfast was very complete, and the desserts at lunchtime were beautifully presented and offered a wide selection. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few metres from the beach and all the shops and entertainment. The cleanliness was very good. The hotel staff were fantastic; everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I'd like to especially highlight the excellent service from Vicky in the dining room and Jessel in the snack bar. They were both very kind and helpful at all times.

The worst part was the room we were given. It was on the first floor and had no balcony, so it was impossible to dry our towels overnight. We weren't impressed with the hotel's entertainment either; it seemed insufficient, and we missed having music by the pool. We also think they should be less permissive about allowing people to drink in the pool, as they generally didn't know how to behave and left everything a mess.

Tampoco nos convenció la animación del hotel. nos pareció escasa, y echamos de menos el tener música en la zona de piscina.También pensamos que deberían ser menos permisivos en cuanto a consentir que la gente beba dentro de la piscina, ya que en general no saben comportarse y dejaban todo tirado.

With no entertainment, the evenings are dreadful, and there's nothing to do in the mornings either. The rooms are dirty, and they don't even change the towels. Everything is always sold out at the bars; they don't have anything like chocolate milk, smoothies, or non-alcoholic drinks, and the slushies are gone, even the alcoholic ones. It takes them an hour to give you a hot dog at the snack bar, although the guy was very friendly. The rooms are tiny. There are no lifeguards. The food is decent but has very little variety, and breakfast is always the same.

The extra bed is very uncomfortable, the mattress is thin, nothing like it and the pillow is nothing like the other beds, which were very comfortable.

Bad car park around (at the hotel you pay 12 euros a day). Food with little variety and poor presentation. Except for special desserts for Valentine's Day (very attractive tables although they have no flavor).

Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

Another great experience with esquiades.com The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes. Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance. It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area. Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

It is imperative that you distance…
It is imperative that you distance yourself from this website. We traveled from Italy and made a reservation at a hotel that was advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, exhausted with my 80-year-old mother, the hotel refused to accommodate us, claiming they were not pet-friendly. The information provided by Amimir was incorrect, leading to our eviction. Furthermore, Amimir did not take the initiative to assist us in finding alternative accommodation for the night.

Company trying to deceive people! One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

We booked a ski weekend for a large group including hotel rooms, ski passes and equipment rentals. The overall experience is very positive, the booking process was smooth and the options were clearly accessible. Been using Esquiades for 10yrs wouldn’t use anyone else. Only issue we have constantly is that we never receive the voucher for the Andbus. I know the details are in the confirmation email but Andbus REQUIRE their voucher and QR code. Each time we book we have to ring to ask for the voucher. It would be nice if the voucher was sent automatically.
