The new and modern Apartments Wallace Valencia are 12 apartments, located in the center of Valencia, 1 minute from the Town Hall and a few meters from the main tourist attractions of the city. The apartments have a capacity of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, are fully furnished and equipped. They have a living room with a sofa bed of 1.20, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Splits of hot / cold air conditioning in bedroom and living room, a bathroom with shower and amenities, LED TV in living room and in room, free and unlimited Wi-Fi. The room has a double bed of 1.50x2.00 or two single beds of 90cm and wardrobe. Cleaning service every third day of stay. Registration must be made at the reception of the Lotelito Rooms & Bar hotel, located at 6 Virues Street, during reception hours from 8 am to 11 pm. Important: This establishment does not accept reservations for student groups or bachelor parties
