About the accommodation

The Canigo Confortable Apartments are located in El Pas de la Casa, they have direct access to the ski slopes.

All units have a kitchen with a microwave, a dining area, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a toaster, fridge and kettle.

Check-in Terms and Conditions: they take place between 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm. For arrivals outside normal hours you must inform the apartments with a minimum of 24 hours. In this way, they will explain how to access the apartment.

Information regarding how to contact the accommodation: If your estimated arrival time is after 8:30 p.m., you must call during the scheduled hours for arrivals. (in your confirmation voucher you will have the contact)

Surcharge in case of late check in: if your arrival takes place after 9 pm. a surcharge of € 25 will be charged for late arrival; If your arrival takes place after 00:00, a surcharge of € 50 will be charged for late arrival.

Check-in Address: Calle Abeurador n1 1-4, AD200, Pas de La Casa. It is located 200 meters from the apartments.

Deposit: they will ask you for a credit card to make a retention of € 200. After finishing your stay they will check that there are no damages in the apartment.

Cleaning: it is included in your booking, it also includes bed linen and towels.

When you leave, the apartment should be left clean and tidy and throw away the garbage. If you don't, they can withhold part of your deposit.
