The apartments are located on the beachfront, on the Mediterranean promenade. You can access the beach by stairs. It is located on the bay of Cala del Pescador and 400 m from the urban center of Miami Playa, which offers many shops, stores, banks, supermarkets and places of leisure and entertainment. This modern 6-storey apartment complex opened in 2000. It has a lobby, elevators and underground garage for rent. All apartments are for 4-6 people and consist of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with hob, electric oven and washing machine, living room with 2-seater sofa bed and balcony with furniture and magnificent sea views. There is also the possibility of renting a television. The price includes cleaning at the entrance and rational consumption of water and electricity. In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool at your disposal.
