Disappointing
I am extremely disappointed with our stay. Living in Barcelona for years, I have stayed in many hotels, and for almost €600 for just two nights, I honestly expected a much higher standard. The room was very outdated and did not feel clean. The duvet had a strong unpleasant smell, as if it had not been properly washed. We stayed in room 2054, right next to the elevator, and we could hear every possible noise all day and night, making it very difficult to rest. The cleanliness was far below expectations. In the kitchen, the plates were so poorly cleaned that I genuinely did not feel comfortable eating from them. The reception staff were also disappointing. They were not welcoming, seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything, and their attitude made us feel like we were bothering them instead of being valued guests. The pool area was constantly full of sand because of the nearby beach. Finding sunbeds was another daily struggle, and the few available were placed so close together that it felt like you were sharing your personal space with complete strangers. There was simply no comfort or privacy. Another very disappointing experience involved my cousin, who came from England for her holiday. She asked reception if she could borrow an iron to iron a single outfit. Not only was she told she had to pay €5 for just one hour to use an old iron that honestly did not even seem worth that amount, but she was also expected to carry both the iron and the ironing board herself from reception to her room. She was holding a very young baby in her arms at the time. I have never seen a hotel ask a guest to carry an ironing board and an iron through the hotel corridors, especially while carrying a baby. This should have been delivered to the room or at least someone should have offered assistance. It was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of hospitality and customer care. Overall, this hotel was a major disappointment. Between the outdated room, poor cleanliness, excessive noise, unhelpful reception staff, overcrowded pool area, and the lack of basic customer service, it did not provide the quality we expected for the price we paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Отель для тех, кто хочет не только отдохнуть у моря и поплавать, но и попутешествовать. Он расположен прямо на берегу моря, есть лежаки и зонты на территории, что очень удобно. Перед входом в отель - остановка автобусов, что также удобно. Недалеко есть бюро автобусной компании Plana, где можно купить как карточку и билеты на автобус, так и экскурсионные туры.
Очень тонкие стены и слышен даже храп в соседнем номере. Ресторан хороший, но, к сожалению, посуда не всегда хорошо вымыта, что неприятно.

Well, as far as the hotel is concerned, I am partially satisfied. The hotel as a hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and beautiful and are cleaned every day, the food is varied and delicious, you can find everything. The only complaint when it's dinner is that they don't even give water, but you have to pay, the employees are friendly and smiling, but I have a complaint about one employee who worked during dinner, he was rude in the sense that when he asked for the room number, he rolled his eyes if he wasn't told immediately and made a facial expression as if he was bothered by it, rude and nervous, which was quite evident on him. His name was something like Yet or Yem, I'm not sure. The second complaint about the towels at the pool, I went down with my friend to take the sunbeds and we didn't know that actually it's not possible, that if you take the sunbeds you have to be there at 10, and if you're not the annoying guy who works in the small house says he'll put the towels away, I didn't know that on the first day and when he told me I said I'm going to have breakfast and come back to the pool, he said if I don't move the towels right away, he they will move me!! Rudeness and lack of culture!! I paid for that accommodation and my vacation, so that I can enjoy it with my family, and I have two small children, so 0 for them! 2 years ago I vacationed in Santa Susana, at the Hotel Tahiti Playa, we always took our seats in the morning around 7 and went to the pool after breakfast and no one ever gave us a problem or moved our towels!! Plus they left us clean towels for the pool every day in our rooms, also last year we were in Majorca, we also had the right whenever we wanted to take a place on the sunbeds and we got towels in the rooms for the pool. The performances in the evenings are the same, nothing special, maybe two evenings were nice and interesting, everything else was a bit pointless. The service at their place when you order a drink takes too long, whether it's for a sled during the day or in the evening when there's a show, we waited half an hour in the evening. I am not satisfied with most things and would not return to your hotel again!

Located right on the seafront promenade, the hotel has direct beach access. The food is excellent and very varied, with themed dinner nights. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

At the front desk, no effort was made to speak French—it’s up to the guest to figure it out using a translation tool! This year’s kids’ activities were a disaster; the schedule wasn’t followed, and the two female activity leaders kept changing the games however they wanted. I saw one activity leader wave her hand at the other kids, as if to say, “Forget it—he speaks French, we don’t understand a thing,” so my son ended up on the sidelines, alone in a corner. Not to mention the kid named Manex—the son of someone who works at the hotel. He’s the one in charge of the game consoles during the activities, but he never lets the other kids use the controller. My son waited 50 minutes to play, even though the activity lasts an hour. Manex is 12 years old! We’re very disappointed with this year’s experience—we won’t be going back. That said, the housekeepers and waitstaff were great, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. This was our third time staying there.
À l'accueil aucun effort pour parler français, c'est le client doit trouver une solution avec un outil de traduction ! Les activités des enfants de cette année une catastrophe , le planning n'était pas respecté , les deux filles animatrices changeaient de jeux comme elles le voulaient . J'ai vu une animatrice faire un signe de la main aux autres enfants genre ( laisse tomber il parle français on comprend rien ) donc mon fils s'est retrouvé à l'écart du groupe seul dans son coin . Tout ça sans parler de l'enfant qui se nomme Manex , le fils d'une personne qui travail à l'hôtel c'est lui qui gérer les consoles de jeux dans les activités mais il ne donner jamais la manette aux autres enfants . Mon fils a attendu 50 minutes pour jouer en sachant que l'activité dure 1 heure . Manex à 12 ans ! Très déçu de cette année , nous n'irons plus . Sinon les femmes de chambre et les serveurs étaient super et l'hôtel est super bien situé . C'était la troisième fois que nous y allons .

To mention a few drawbacks, the pool is shallow and somewhat small, and the nighttime performances are not very appealing.

Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

Another great experience with esquiades.com The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes. Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance. It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area. Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

It is imperative that you distance yourself from this website. We traveled from Italy and made a reservation at a hotel that was advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, exhausted with my 80-year-old mother, the hotel refused to accommodate us, claiming they were not pet-friendly. The information provided by Amimir was incorrect, leading to our eviction. Furthermore, Amimir did not take the initiative to assist us in finding alternative accommodation for the night.

Company trying to deceive people! One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

We booked a ski weekend for a large group including hotel rooms, ski passes and equipment rentals. The overall experience is very positive, the booking process was smooth and the options were clearly accessible. Been using Esquiades for 10yrs wouldn’t use anyone else. Only issue we have constantly is that we never receive the voucher for the Andbus. I know the details are in the confirmation email but Andbus REQUIRE their voucher and QR code. Each time we book we have to ring to ask for the voucher. It would be nice if the voucher was sent automatically.
