About the accommodation

Apartaments Lauranna is located directly on the slopes in La Massana, 500 metres from La Massana ski lift.

Private car park and free WiFi are available.

The bedrooms feature a balcony, a flat-screen satellite TV, Blu-ray and DVD player and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The private bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. Bed linen is provided.

A security deposit of250€ will be requested at check-in and will be returned later on departure day, once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.

Ski locker is available on site.

If you plan to arrive later than 21:00 hours you must call the reception of the accommodation to
the time of arrival. We will provide you with the e-mail and telephone number on the confirmation voucher.

 

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments. In case of doing so, a surcharge for the cleaning of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit.

9.3 Saray travelled with  friends March 2023 The apartment was very clean, the girl very nice. The sofa bed was broken and he offered us to change apartments. It is well located, near the egg, quiet area and you can park on the street without problem.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio, la chica muy simpática. El sofá cama estaba roto y nos ofreció cambiarnos de apartamento. Esta bien situado, cerca del huevo, zona tranquila y se puede aparcar en la calle sin problema.
The only drawback that I would put is that every time you enter you have to connect the WiFi. The first day it didn't work for us but it was fixed right away.
La única pega que le pondría es que cada vez que entras tienes que conectar el WiFi. El primer día no nos funcionaba pero nos lo arreglaron enseguida.

 10 Sinead travelled with family February 2023 Very friendly host. Apartment are warm and cosy. Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, town and telecabins. Equipment hire located in same building as apartments. There was no bad points for us with this accommodation. 8.8 Jose travelled with family January 2023 The apartments and facilities were very well kept and clean. The staff very friendly.
Los apartamentos y las instalaciones estaban muy cuidados y limpios. El personal muy amable.
The elevator did not allow you to go down to the car park lot (basement), although you could go up from the car park lot to the apartments.
El ascensor no permitía bajar hasta el párking (sótano), aunque sí se podía subir desde el párking hasta los apartamentos.

 7.6 Ricardo José travelled with family February 2022 It was very good for us that the old tenants left some food (oil, salt, sugar...). It is appreciated that there are towels, sheets and a washing machine.
Nos vino muy bien que dejaran algo de comida los antiguos inquilinos ( aceite, sal, azúcar...). Se agradece que haya toallas, sábanas y lavadora.
The sofa is very uncomfortable. It would be nice if there was a mixer in the kitchen.

 10 Aitor February 2022 Ideal to spend a few days skiing with friends or family with all the comforts and near the gondola lift. Sufficient kitchenware and correct cleaning. We will repeat!
Ideal para pasar unos días de esquí con amigos o familiares con todas las comodidades y cerca del telecabina. Menaje suficiente y limpieza correcta. Repetiremos!
The only minor problem was that the key they gave us from the ski locker was not the correct one and we had to take them up to the room.

 9.6 Jorge travelled with family January 2022 Very friendly staff, great location, since in less than 7 minutes you are on the gondola to the ski resort. Super well equipped and large rooms. We were a family of 7 in two apartments and very well. We will repeat. We spoke with the owner (Laura) and she let us check out 2 hours later.
El personal muy amable, la ubicación genial, ya que en menos de 7 minutos estás en el telecabina para la estación de esquí. Las habitaciones súper bien equipadas y grandes. Fuimos una familia de 7 miembros en dos apartamentos y muy bien. Repetiremos. Hablamos con la dueña (Laura) y nos dejó hacer el check out 2 horas más tarde.
The only downside but it is minor that every time you left the room you had to enter the WiFi username and password. Being impossible that it will be saved automatically.

 6.8 Alejandro travelled with couple December 2022 The apartments are quite well located, close to the cable car and the center of La Massana, with good access by road and with a parking space. The accommodations are sufficiently well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. It has an excellent heating system (we really get hot) and the bathroom is well equipped.
Los apartamentos están bastante bien ubicados, cerca del telecabina y del centro de La Massana, con buen acceso por carretera y con lugar para párking. Los alojamientos están suficientemente bien equipados, la cocina tiene de todo lo necesario y las camas son cómodas. Tiene un excelente sistema de calefacción (nosotros pasamos calor realmente) y el baño está bien equipado.
The reception of the accommodations has a system that, in our point of view, is very poor. Despite having arrived at a time considered "normal" to check-in, there was no one at the reception ... and we had to look for our lives to find out that the owner of the Apartment attends the receptions in the sports store next door. In high season, as is normal, they made us wait with our suitcases inside the store for a long time, with a pretty face of total disbelief. When we were able to check in, the elevator was not working. With the suitcases well loaded and our fatigue after 9 hours of travel, up and up to 4, with a very timid show of compassion on the part of the owner. The three-day stay, in itself, quite correct (the elevator was fixed relatively quickly). At the time of check-out, same operation .... go to the store, wait for the owner of the apartment to get rid of a client, and take care of you. In high ski season, and for the good of you and your clients, we believe that the best and most sensible thing for everyone would be a separate service for in-store service and another for accommodation.
La recepción de los alojamientos tiene un sistema que, bajo nuestro punto de vista, es muy deficiente. A pesar de haber llegado a una hora contemplada como "normal" para hacer el check -in, en la recepción no había nadie...y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para averiguar que la dueña del Apartamento atiende las recepciones en la tienda de deportes de al lado. En temporada alta, como es normal, nos hicieron esperar con las maletas dentro de la tienda un buen rato, con una bonita cara de incredulidad total. Cuando ya pudimos hacer la entrada, el ascensor no funcionaba. Con las maletas bien cargadas y nuestro cansancio tras 9 horas de viaje, para arriba y hasta el 4, con una muy tímida muestra de compasión por parte de la dueña. La estancia de tres días, en sí misma, bastante correcta (el ascensor se arregló relativamente rápido). Al momento de hacer el check- out, misma operación....ir a la tienda, esperar a que la dueña de los apartamento se libere de algún cliente, y ya te atienda. En temporada alta de esquí, y por el bien suyo y de los clientes, opinamos que lo mejor y más sensato para todos sería un servicio separado de atención en tienda y otro para los alojamientos.
