The Hotel Casablanca Playa 3 * is located in front of the beach in the municipality of Salou, on the well-known Costa Dorada and in the province of Tarragona.

The safe was broken. And the 10 o'clock check-out time is very early. In other hotels it's 12 o'clock.

Good location, facing the sea, recently renovated rooms, they have a fridge that is inside the built-in wardrobe. They have gel and shampoo with everything you need in the renovated bathroom with shower. Restaurant with sea views, spacious and organized. Very rich and quality food, a very good and very complete breakfast with good coffee! . A brunette girl from the restaurant who distributes smiles is a sweetheart and very attentive. Meals if you are staying and you want to pay for them are €11.95 drinks apart, breakfast if you are staying €9.60 and you do not have it included in the booking. They allow pets, at the end of this year they are going to reform the dining room and terrace, it will be closed approx. 3 months. 7 minutes from the light source. If you need to save money and have quality, very close in Altaglio you have an assortment of dishes and pizzas by the slice.
Buena ubicación, frente al mar, habitaciones reformadas de hace poco, tienen nevera que está en el interior del armario empotrado. Tienen gel y champú con todo lo necesario en el cuarto de baño reformado con ducha. Restaurante con vistas al mar, espacioso y organizado. Comidas muy ricas y de calidad, desayuno buenísimo y muy completo con buen café!. . Una chica morena del restaurante que reparte sonrisas es un amor y muy atenta. Las comidas si estas alojado y las quieres pagar son 11.95€ bebida aparte, desayuno si estás alojado 9,60€ y no lo tienes incluido en la reserva. Admiten mascotas, a final de este año van a reformar comedor y terraza, estará cerrado aprox. 3 meses. a 7 minutos de la fuente luminosa. si necesitáis economizar y de calidad, muy cerquita en Altaglio tenéis surtido de platos y pizzas al corte.
The mattresses were not good for us, my partner and I had back pain, when we reported it to the reception, they told us that they were new. Drinks a little expensive, we opted to buy a 1L bottle of water. €2.75 to be able to control spending. The staff in general but not all, do not do justice to the quality of the hotel, seeing how a waiter drinks beer during service hours does not seem appropriate to me. If you take someone to the restaurant who is not staying at the hotel, who is not going to eat and is only going to have something to drink, they will make you feel uncomfortable, watching in a suspicious way at all times
No nos fueron bien los colchones, teníamos dolor de espalda mi pareja y yo, cuando lo transmitimos a la recepción, nos dijeron que eran nuevos. Bebidas un poco caras, optamos por comprar botella de agua de 1L. 2.75€ para poder controlar el gasto. El personal en general pero no todos, no hacen justicia a la calidad del hotel, ver como un camarero bebe cerveza en horas de servicio no me parece procedente. Si lleváis a alguien al restaurante que no está alojado en el hotel, que no va a comer y solo va a tomar algo de beber, te harán sentir incómodo, vigilando de una forma desconfiada a todo momento

Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

Another great experience with esquiades.com The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes. Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance. It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area. Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

It is imperative that you distance yourself from this website. We traveled from Italy and made a reservation at a hotel that was advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, exhausted with my 80-year-old mother, the hotel refused to accommodate us, claiming they were not pet-friendly. The information provided by Amimir was incorrect, leading to our eviction. Furthermore, Amimir did not take the initiative to assist us in finding alternative accommodation for the night.

Company trying to deceive people! One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

We booked a ski weekend for a large group including hotel rooms, ski passes and equipment rentals. The overall experience is very positive, the booking process was smooth and the options were clearly accessible. Been using Esquiades for 10yrs wouldn’t use anyone else. Only issue we have constantly is that we never receive the voucher for the Andbus. I know the details are in the confirmation email but Andbus REQUIRE their voucher and QR code. Each time we book we have to ring to ask for the voucher. It would be nice if the voucher was sent automatically.
