The Room Mate Alicia *** hotel is located in the heart of the Las Letras neighborhood in Plaza de Santa Ana and in the most important industrial building in the centre of Madrid. The hotel was inaugurated in 2006 and was conceived by the famous architect Modesto López Otero at the beginning of the 20th century.
