How long is the holiday?

The approximate duration of the holiday is 3 hours and 30 minutes which may vary depending on traffic and road conditions (please note, this timetable is planned with arrival and departure from the bus station in Andorra. Depending on your location this time may be longer or shorter).

What luggage can I carry?

You can carry one piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 20 kilograms, in addition to the pair of skis or snowboard per person. If you exceed this limit, you will have to pay a surcharge of 12€ per unit.

Esquiades.com will not be responsible for any damage caused to customers' luggage.

Are there discounts?

Children from 0 to 3 years old they can stay for FREE. Children from 4 to 11 years old benefit from a 50% discount. There is the possibility of requesting a baby seat with a surcharge of 6€.

Exemption from liability for force majeure, legal requirements or delays.

Esquiades.com and the company that provides the transport service will not respond, in any case, of contractual breaches that take place due to fortuitous facts, reasons of force majeure or by legal or administrative requirements.

Likewise, Esquiades.com and the company that provides the transport service will not respond for the eventual loss of links derived from possible delays in the transport as well as those losses of links suffered as a consequence of cancellations or interruptions of the service described in the previous paragraph.

You must be properly documented for the border crossing (ID card or passport). Undocumented customers will not be allowed to travel.

The company is not responsible for any unintentional damage caused to luggage, nor for delays (which can be significant at certain times of the year) that may occur due to transit.
