Free Cancellation Agreement (Subject to Terms and Conditions)

Trip Cancellation Agreement subject to certain conditions by "Esquiades.com"

VIAJES PARA TI, SL offers its clients a Commercial Warranty to cover the cancellation cost of the trip as long as it is due to one of the following reasons.
The cost of this extra is non-refunfable.

VIAJES PARA TI, SL informs that the cancellation fee is valid only until 12 pm (noon) of the booking arrival date and it covers the following situations:

1. Following the death, hospitalization for at least one night, illness or serious body injury:

a) Of one of the booking travellers or of a close relative

b) Of The guardian responsible for one of the travellers (responsible for the persona, minor, disabled or place of residence)

2. When one of the travellers has been called for the presence of legal proceedings as a witness, a jury member or to participate in a polling booth at either a statal, regional or municipal elections.

3. When one of the travellers has been called to attend an official statal exam that has been announced once the trip was booked.

4. The severe damage caused by fire, explosion, theft or an act of "Force Majeure" (beyond its control) of the primary residence or business of one of the travellers.

5. When one of the travellers has been called in for surgery and prior medical tests for the intervention. (Includes organ transplant as a recipient or donor)

6. When one of the travellers or a first/seconde-degree relative has been called in for urgent medical tests by a Public Health Entity. The customer will have to provided proof of the case.

7. Serious complications in pregnancy and therefore the prescription to remain rested or require hospitalization of the client, spouse, partner, once the booking has been confirmed.

8. Urgent requirement to join the police, armed forces or fire department after the booking had been confirmed.

In the event that due to one of the reasons mentioned above the traveller wishes to change the travellers' name, this commercial warranty covers this amendment fee.

An illness or serious body injury is understood as a health impairment that requires hospitalization or bed rest, during at least the 7 days prior of the trip, and therefore, it is medically impossible to begin the trip as scheduled.

Any of the causes stated above must be correctly justified and so, the customer must provide the corresponding documentation to VIAJES PARA TI, S.L.U Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
