Les Orres ski resort


Les Orres ski resort is located in the Southern Alps region of France. The domain reaches a maximum elevation of 2,720 m , with an incredible 1,200 m vertical descent.


The entire ski area is located in the heart of a larch forest, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Serre-Ponçon valley on one side, and the Parpaillon mountain range on the other.

 

Why go skiing to Les Orres?


If you are going to ski to Les Orres, you will be surprised by the unbeatable condition of the ski slopes , since its location in the northwest means that it conserves high quality snow. This, together with its 300 days of sunshine a year, make the domain an ideal place to ski.


The ski resort has a total of 35 slopes with a skiable length of 100 km . There are 9 green ski slopes, 4 blue slopes, 18 red slopes and 4 black slopes , being suitable for all levels. It has large slopes for experienced skiers, among which the Grand Cabane, Myrtilles and Les Faucons stand out, which also offer spectacular views. On the other hand it is also ideal for beginner skiers, since even from the top blue slopes followed by green slopes descend

 

Snow lovers are in luck, as Les Orres has a snowpark that has been designed with the help of Quentin Ladame, French slopestyle champion and former member of the French national team.. In it you can enjoy a freestyle area and another for beginners .
