Preparing your next holiday in the snow? If you are still not sure where to go, we suggest a week of skiing in Les Angles, in the area known as Neiges Catalanes ('Nieves Catalanas'). In the heart of the eastern Pyrenees, south of the Languedoc-Roussillon region and on the shores of Lake Maternale , the resort of Les Angles awaits you. In Les Angles, 55 km of skiing awaits you, distributed in 45 alpine ski slopes of all difficulty levels: specifically, you have 14 green, 9 blue, 14 red and 8 black slopes, with 370 snow cannons. To this we must add 3 freeride zones with 800 m of unevenness and a maximum altitude of 2,325 m. In addition, fans of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing routes have 36 km of slopes to practice these disciplines.

Are you a snowboarder ? In that case, you will love to know that here is the first snowpark in the French Pyrenees: the Lake Park, in operation since 1991. This space is distributed in 3 areas to adapt to the needs and previous experience of all riders.

There are also 2 ski schools - one French and one international - sleds, nursery and a playground, ideal if you are going to ski with children.

And although a week of skiing in Les Anglés is an unbeatable plan, you also have the option to travel at other times of the year and have a great time. Undoubtedly, this is an enclave you can download adrenaline and contemplate postcard landscapes with various adventure sports: hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding ... In fact, you have 11 marked trails to which you can get the most out of it. Don't forget to take your trekking boots!
