It's your turn to enjoy even more benefits during your ski holiday at La Rosière at Espace Saint Bernard!
In case you didn't know, this is the only French resort that is linked to another that is Italian, La Thuile. With up to 160 km of slopes , the Franco-Italian ski areaof Espace San Bernardo has a special charm and landscapes that take your breath away.
In Spain we may not fully know this resort, but it is highly recommended for its value for money. On top of that, if you book with the ESB+ Ski Pass you will have a multitude of extra activities that will make your experience at the French resort even better.
It is regularly ranked as one of the best ski resorts in the Alps for its snowfall!
Another curiosity that you will like is that there is a lot of snow from December to May. This is because it is very close to the Petit Saint-Bernard Neck, so there are abundant snowflakes. Although there is a lot of sun, since its location to the south favors it. La Rosière stands out among its neighboring resorts (Les Arcs, Tignes and Val d'Isère) for being smaller, sunny and hospitable.
Pay attention, because this ski pass is a real blast for everything it includes (in addition to access to the cool slopes of the Alps).
If you book the 6 or 7-day ski pass, you will have various extra activities included in the same ski pass:
First Tracks session with breakfast included
An ice skating ticket
A ticket to the cinema
An X'Trem sleigh ride
A Laser Game or Paintball session
Unlimited lift access as a pedestrian (or snowshoe)
An additional afternoon valid before the first day of skiing
All this in addition to having access for 6 or 7 days to the wonderful French slopes of the Alps! Don't you think it's a mega opportunity to enjoy 100% of your getaway to the snow?
Apart from all the advantages of traveling with the special La Rosière ESB+ Ski Pass and all the extra activities it offers, we are going to finish telling you why you should not miss a ski holiday on these magical slopes.
This ski slope is made up of 2 parts. On the one hand, you will find the French part, it is a fairly modern resort with buildings with apartments and hotels, a shopping area... A trick to make your getaway a 10: on Sunday there is a market right directly on the slopes where you can buy clothes , food, traditional products, etc.. Sounds cool, right? On the other hand, the Italian part is somewhat more folksy , it is the typical mountain town that is passionate about skiing.
Take note! Because if you travel from Spain by car, to get there you will have to go around Turin; we recommend that you visit the French zone. It is faster and easier to get to.
La Rosière has 91 slopes: 8 green, 27 blue, 38 red and 18 black. In the Italian part you can ski in a more challenging and extreme way. On the French side, on the other hand, there are much longer and gentler slopes.
But don't worry because if you are a beginner , in both parts there will be areas for you, since these are somewhat separated from the rest of the slopes and not very crowded.
If your level is intermediate, there are blue slopes that are quite long and very wide , well marked out and not very crowded.
For the real experts, La Rosière and La Thuile have many fantastic red and black slopes to enjoy the snow like never before. Also, the off-piste runs are impressive. Our recommendation is that you do not miss both the red and black ones that come down from Suches to the town of La Thuile because they are incredible.
If you are a snowboarder , you can also enjoy the Poletta Snowpark. Top site for freestylers and experienced beginners. Here you can practice the kickers and destroy the rails of the snowpark. It boasts up to 300m long with a 50m downhill slope!
Here the little ones will enjoy like never before! Here is the Petit Saint Bernard Funcross, a new 1 km long adventure slope. Its name is due to the mascot of the complex and there are very funny things like gongs, tunnels and jumps. So it will be an ideal place to spend with family. To get here you must take the Plan du Repos chairlift.
Another proposal? Well , with the Lièvre Blanc chairlift you will access the Petit-Saint-Bernard. You'll see how cool this fun path through the forest is. The green track has bells, tunnels, paths between trees and the coolest of all, a tree house to stop for a mid-morning snack. Here there are many beginners who start their adventure in the snow!
Beginners also have 2 free lifts every day in the La Rosière ski area: the Manessier ski lift and the Lutins magic carpet. In addition, these 2 have good visibility from the bottom of the slopes so you can watch your little ones without any problems.
This ski resort also has a snow garden! This way they will be able to learn to ski with the instructors to learn well from the beginning, going through the safest trails and learning from highly experienced instructors.
