- Studios 2 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
- Studios 3 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding + kitchen + bathroom.
- Studios 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding + kitchen + bathroom.
- Studio 4 people with cabin: Living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
- Apartment 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + room with 2 beds or bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
- Apartment for 6 people (1 bedroom) Type A: A double room + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
- Apartment for 6 people (1 room + cabin) Type B: A double room + Cabin with 2 beds or bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
- Apartment for 6 people (2 rooms) Type A: Two double bedroom + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
The price does not include: towels, sheets and tourist fees required by the French government and final cleaning .
Rates:
€ 1 person / night. Direct payment on arrival.
Deposit deposit:
- Apartments / studios for 2 or 3 people: € 350 per apartment.
- Apartments / studios 4 people € 400 per apartment.
- Apartments / studios 6 people € 400 - € 500 per apartment.
- Apartments / studios of more than 6 people 600-800 € per apartment.
By credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.
Pets are allowed on request: Supplement per week € 30 (maximum 15kg)

About cancellations and modifications: If you want to modify an apartment that influences an apartment change, it will be considered as cancellation.

- Final cleaning (reservation required): from 50€ to 110€ (depending on the type of the apartment)

"We were assigned the emeraude apartment 2, at first glance they look new and nice. Large and comfortable dining room with a sofa bed, new kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. 2 rooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed. 1 minute walkways, a bit far from the village environment but the distances are small so you can reach it everywhere!"
"After having spent a few days we realized several flaws of the apartments; the lights of the dining room and the sink are lit and constantly switched off as if there were rising voltages despite not having anything plugged at that time. The walls of the tile of the duet are being undone (clearly imitation of tile) and the shower was not good. They only put 1 roll of wicker paper for 5 people and 5 days. There was no sabo to wash dishes, no sponge or cloth; but when you leave you have to leave everything clean ... There is no mop either. We were charged € 800 deposit for the apartment; Very excessive for the nights we were."

"The "apartment" is extremely small, especially if it is sold for 3 or 4 people with their suitcases and all the ski equipment. There is no living space, you have the option of sleeping in bunk beds in the "hall" of the apartment entrance, half a meter from the toilet, or in the middle of the living room / kitchen, next to the fridge. Not to mention that at the minimum that something is cooked all the beds, suitcases, etc. They take the smell of the food, since there are no doors. On the other hand, the state of the furniture is quite decadent. In short, I could recommend this "apartment" to someone who stays alone."
