About the accommodation

Apartments located in the Val Thorens ski resort, directly on the slopes.

When they arrive at their destination they must go to the real estate   that we will provide you at the time of confirming the booking. This will take care of providing you with the keys to your accommodation. In your travel voucher you will find the necessary information with the address.

 

The location of the apartments/studios are to be confirmed and will be confirmed upon arrival at the real estate agent (if you need us to tell you the exact location, you should contact us and we will do everything possible) The real estate agent will try to, In case there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking, confirm them in the same building, but it can NOT be guaranteed , in case there is no availability in the same building, it will be that you are located as close as possible.

The location and address that appears on the website and on the confirmation voucher refer to the real estate agency.



Real estate reception hours:

  • Saturdays: from 9 amto 7:30 p.m. (access to the apartments from 5 pm to 7:30 p.m., compulsory departure from the apartment before 10 am. and delivery of the keys at the real estate agency).
  • Sundays : 9 amto 12 pm. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday to Friday: 9 amto 12 pm. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 


Types of Apartments and Studios:

  • Studios 2 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Studios 3 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Studios 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Studio 4 people with cabin: Living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + room with 2 beds or bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 6 people (1 room) Type A: One double room + double bunk beds + living room with sofa-bed + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 6 people (1 room + cabin) Type B: A double room + Cabin with 2 beds or bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 6 people (2 bedrooms) Type A: Two double bedrooms + double bunk beds + living room with sofa-bed + kitchen + bathroom.


The price does not include: towels, sheets and tourist taxes required by the French government and final cleaning .

*Tourist tax: €1 person/night. Direct payment on arrival.

Security deposit:

- Apartments/studios for 2 or 3 people: €350 per apartment.

- Apartments/studios 4 or 5 people €400 per apartment.

- Apartments/studios 6 people €500 per apartment.

- Apartments/studios for 8 to 10 people €600 to €1,500 per apartment.

 

This must be paid by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

 

Animals are allowed on request: Supplement per week €35 (maximum 15kg)

Some of the detailed services may be paid. You can check their rates directly at the establishment. This information is subject to change by the accommodation.

 

About cancellations and modifications: In case of wanting to amend an apartment that influences a change of apartment, it will be considered as cancellation.

 8 Marc y Nerea travelled with couple December 2022 The price and the proximity to slopes. Good heating and the room had a dishwasher, which is a hoot.
El precio y la cercanía a pistas. Buena calefacción y la habitación disponía de lavavajillas, lo cual es un puntazo.
It does not have any cleaning equipment (only a vacuum cleaner for the carpet) and cleaning is rather scarce.
No dispone de ningún material de limpieza (únicamente un aspirador para la moqueta) y la limpieza es más bien escasa.

Several problems in the apartment: there was no running water when we arrived, the key did not open, the sink was clogged, the sheets were very expensive and not included. The included blankets look like they haven't been washed in years, very fair appliances and apartment services. The real estate staff is very rude and impossible to contact after 7pm. Any problems after 7 will have to wait for the next day, not very nice when there is no running water or when the toilet gets clogged another day. They gave us a key that did not open the door because it was damaged and they wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount for it. Thanks to the people at esquiades for their help and making the procedures with the agency easier, who did not do anything on their part.
Varios problemas en el apartamento: no había agua corriente a nuestra llegada, la llave no abría, el lavabo se atascó, las sábanas carísimas y no incluidas. Las mantas incluidas parece que no se han lavado en años, electrodomésticos y servicios del apartamento muy justos. El personal de la inmobiliaria es muy desagradable e imposible contactarles a partir de las 7pm. Cualquier problema a partir de las 7 tendrá que esperar al día siguiente, no muy agradable cuando no hay agua corriente o cuando otro día se atasca el inodoro. Nos dieron una llave que no abría la puerta porque estaba dañada y nos quisieron cobrar por ella una cantidad desorbitada. Gracias a la gente de esquiades por su ayuda y hacer más fáciles los trámites con la agencia quien no puso nada de su parte.
