The Hotel Nòrdic, an accommodation with views of the ski slopes

The Hotel Nòrdic is located in the El Tarter ski area, just 50 meters from the chairlift that leads to the slopes of the El Tarter ski area ( Grandvalira ski resort) . You can go skiing from the hotel!

 

It is a building whose recent construction was inspired by the traditional architecture of the area, with a predominance of natural stone, wood and slate.

 

The bedrooms follow a mountain style, with wooden floors, wall details and furniture and a large adjoining reading area. The bathbedrooms, on the other hand, are modern "spa" style with a bathtub protected by a glass screen.

The interior common areas are distributed on the two lower floors of the hotel. The games room has a bowling alley, billiards, arcade machines and a bar-bar (direct payment).

From the entrance of the establishment you can access the large open-plan hall, crowned by a large skylight, and which overlook the balconies of the corridors that lead to the bedrooms, forming a huge open central patio that occupies the entire floor and in which They distribute the reception, several meeting areas with sofas and armchairs, the television area and the spacious café-bar.

If you are going to ski with your own ski equipment, the Hotel Nòrdic offers a free ski storage service . And if you go there with your own vehicle, you can park it in the outdoor car park, which is free . On the other hand, if you prefer to leave it indoors , you will have to pay a surcharge.

 

You can relax in the accommodation after a day of skiing thanks to the paid treatments offered at the spa centre (you can consult these treatments in the accommodation itself). Ticket to the indoor pool and gym is free . They also have a paid hammam.

 

If you need to connect to the internet, Hotel Nòrdic offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. In the section of hours and special conditions we inform you of the rates of this service in the bedrooms.

 

Finally, if you need a crib service, you must contact the accommodation in advance. When you arrive you will not have to pay any fee since this service is also free (for children under 2 years old), in addition, it is recommended to hire the standard room.

"I had asking about extra bed in my room and you and when I call to hotel I got answer : not possible. How much was my surprise when I saw an additional bed in my room and all bed-clothes in the cabinet! How can to explain for me that? Long rows waiting for diner. Not boot dryers! Skis room very narrow and very, very busy. Swimming pool size like in family house and Turkish bath just for max 10 peoples. Other saunas was close all days. Definitively this hotel is just 3 stars."
