"A girl at the reception that is in the evening, has no training in facing the public. The rest of the staff, man at reception and the girl in the morning very correct. The bathtub is chopped, it has a mania, there is a shower curtain, the water goes off because the key is not properly closed and it wet to the toilet, there are no cupboards, just a hanging bar. Cleaning staff does not respond to good morning. For esquiades he did not give us the option to book the parking or warned that it could be complete. When we arrived there was no plaza, we had to park quite far. It is very far from downtown, to return from the center to the hotel is all up with many slopes. In the room there is only one pillow per bed and it is small. The wiffi is very bad. The control of the TV was very bad, the TV does not have channels of drawings only one in Catalan. We were with my 2 year old daughter, they always put us a cradle, in this case they did not put us, directly a bed and since they were 3 singles it was quite uncomfortable because the girl moved and we stayed between the two beds."
