"Everything in general. Room and bathroom comfortable, comfortable and good atmosphere; the food as much of the breakfast as of the dinner, excellent, good quality and abundant; the staff at breakfast and dinner, great, very polite and friendly, the spa masseuse, very friendly and helpful, the spa is also very good. The location is excellent, no noise despite being a very central hotel. I would go back without hesitation."
"I have no fault, I can only say that the pillows of the bed are not comfortable and that they do not have transfer from the hotel to the funicamp, it would be great if they had it. I have been to other hotels that do have it and it is a plus point."

"The cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired ... The cleaning staff does not leave the room in perfect condition ... The hotel supplies basic things like shampoo, wc paper, dropper ... One day's towels for the another does not change them ... Summarizing bad image and I would not return to this hotel"

"The friendliness of the waiters, the spa area, super breakfast and dinner of several of first, several of second and several desserts to choose everything quite well in quality and presentation and very well for the correct attention of the waiter.
