The Espot 1300 Apartments are located in the town of Espot .
Distribution of the apartments:
- Apartment for 2 to 6 people : Two double bedrooms + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
Key collection takes place at the Roya hotel reception.
The apartments are located about 100 meters from the sports complex of the municipality, 2 km from the access to Skipallars ski slopes by Espot Esquí sector and a short distance from the Aigües Tortes National Park.
Direct payment at the reception desk of the Catalan tourist tax (Law 5/2012 of March 20). Amount of 0.5 euros per person and night. Stays with more than seven nights will pay a maximum amount corresponding to seven nights of stay per person. Exempt from minor payments of up to 16 years.

"The location is perfect and the views from the balconies are very nice. The perfect wifi and heating."
"The beds were all individual, there were flies and webs, the kitchen utensils were not very clean and the bedding was full of hair (not animal hair). The sofa quite dirty. Everything is also heard."

"My worst experience in an accommodation, we could only be 10 minutes inside the apartment. It was all so dirty that we left the disgust it did. Stains everywhere, a horrible smell, the oven very dirty, it occurred to me to open the closet where there is the garbage can and I returned from the smell. We called skiers and explained everything that was happening, we sent them photos and they moved us because that was inhumane."

"The price and location"
"When you enter there is a lot of smell of old closed, the beds show how deformed they are and to top it off we find about 20 dead flies in the bathtub and in the kitchen a few others ... Also in an apartment of 6 people only 4 covers . If at the time of arrival I could have gone and refunded the money I would have, you cannot deliver an apartment with a bathtub full of dead flies."

"Cheap apartments, in the village, close to the slopes, functional, it doesn't get cold."
"Missing outlets (only one per room), old ones (only small ones fit, a fat plug (portable for example), it only fits in the TV or kitchen sockets. They lack a total renovation of the kitchen (from the 70 -80) and the bathrooms."

"At first we arrived on a very cold day, arriving at the apartment was cold and there was no way to warm up, we called and they told us that at that time nothing could be done, it would be the next day. The problem was that each bed only had one blanket and with the cold it was and the poor heating. The whole apartment was really old and the bedding in the same way, they gave us some sheets that were fraying, I had to remove the edge because it was already loose and uncooked, the hand towels were remains of large towels that were used to make them smaller ones and one of those gave us stained with blood, which surely did not come out when washing it. In the kitchen we found a frying pan that could no longer be old, everything stuck together, only 4 cups for 6 people and the refrigerator all frozen the salad that we left there. Really the worst experience in accommodation, we went to die of cold."

"The hotel was dirty, there was an invasion of flies, if you would have a window in less than 5 minutes you would have at least 5 flies flying inside, the oven was impossible to turn on, the hot water was running at times, and the heating did not feel almost, much to improve, next year we will not repeat"

"The location, easy parking, brutal quality apartment price. We have chosen pack with ski rental and accommodation and better impossible. Yes, the kitchen and facilities were a bit old but to go on a weekend to ski you will be out for a great part of the day. Heating very well too."

"To start, the apartment smells bad, there are many spiders, cobwebs everywhere, the water comes out yellow, the old TV only saw a channel, the cleaning 0, they have to reform that a bit, we found a fly stuck in the door of the room, the refrigerator did not close, the dining room curtains super dirty, the mattresses nefarious, the bedding ROTATED AND IN BAD CONDITION, puts that there is an electric coffee maker, LIE, we take capsules because in theory it was electric and it is of the old ones that put the coffee, put the towels in the sink, put the towel and fell, it needs a good arrangement the apartments, I was super uncomfortable in that apartment, without a doubt I would not return is that not even the rats would want to be there ... They paint everything very beautiful on the internet but then it is horrible .... And because they didn't give us back the money if not, in the car I would have slept, it was very cold, the heaters barely went well, horrible experience"

"The space in the apartment was more than enough, the beds comfortable, everything clean and tidy. We had wifi. The shower water was hot, we also had a terrace with good views. We can not complain. We were 5 people and we were fine (in terms of space). We picked up the keys at Hoyel Roya and a very kind lady attended us."
"In the kitchen was missing a toaster (although with the paella you manage), and the occasional utensil. The oven did not work. It is not the most important but it would have been nice to have these things. Otherwise all great! : D I would repeat without a doubt."
