About the accommodation

Located at the foot of the slopes in the townof Pas de la Casa, they will provide comfort and speed to access the slopes of GrandValira.

Apartments distribution:

Studio from 2 to 6 people (2-6).Living room with sofa-bed + cabin with bunk beds + kitchen + bathroom (26 m2).
Studio for 2-5 people (2-5): Living room with sofa bed + cabin with bunk beds + kitchen + bathroom (26 m2).
Studio for 4 people (2-4): Living room with sofa bed + cabin with bunk beds + kitchen + bathroom (25 m2).
Studio for 2 people: Living room with sofa beds + cabin with bunk beds + kitchen + bathroom (25 m2).

Reception: from 17:00h to 20:00h.

If you are arriving after 20:00h you must call the reception of the accommodation to communicate your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided with your travel voucher.

Surcharge in case of late check in:

- Key delivery until 20:00h free of charge.

- Key delivery from 20:01h to 00h00 hours surcharge of 20€ payable directly on arrival. (Please advise at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 00:01h01h to 02:00h surcharge of 35€ direct payment on arrival. (Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 02:01 am surcharge of one full day more.

Deposit: 150€ per apartment or studio, in cash or credit card, where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage detected.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments, you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
