Cims Pas 3000 studios, stay directly on the slopes in Pas de la Casa!

 
These studios are located in the town of Pas de la Casa, just 350m from the access to Grandvalira slopes (Pas de la Casa ski area), perfect for your ski holiday. In addition, they are in the commercial area, where you will have everything you need.
 
These are studios, so they will be open spaces (without bedrooms). If you are used to booking apartments, these may be less spacious and they are very basic, please keep that in mind.
 

Distribution of studies:


Studios for 2 people: Living room - Open kitchen with two beds and bathroom. It's an open space with no private bedrooms.
Studios for 4 people (2-4): Living room- open kitchen with a 120 cm sofa bed, two beds and bathroom. It's an open space with no private bedrooms.
Studios for 2-5 people (2-5) : Living room- Open kitchen with 120 cm sofa bed, two beds, extra bed and bathroom. It's an open space with no private bedrooms.
Studios for 2 to 6 people (2-6): Living room - Open kitchen with 120 cm sofa bed, four beds and bathroom. It's an open space with no private bedrooms.

 

Reception: From 5 pm to 8 pm.

 

If you are going to arrive after 8 pm., you must call the accommodation reception to inform your arrival time in advance. You'll find the contact details on your confirmation voucher.

For check-ins from 10:01 pm to 12:00 am, there's an extra cost of 20 euros.

For check-ins from 12:01 am. there's an extra cost of 35 euros.
 
Security deposit €150 per apartment or studio, in cash or card, you will have to sign and authorise to be charged in case of any damage that may be caused during your stay.
 

When you leave the apartments on the last day, you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, and will also have to throw your waste in the containers. In the event that these requirements are breached, the accommodation may withhold your deposit. 

 

 

Good to know:

The accommodation is pet friendly although dangerous breeds may not be accepted. If you are travelling with your pet, you must notify the accommodation in advance.

"Lousy staff with no desire to work (especially the woman at the reception). In the contracted service it appeared that we had a hair dryer but we did not have it, when we asked for one basically said it was not his problem. In the end her partner got us one, when we went to look for him at the office she made it clear that they bought it expressly for us, we had to leave € 10 deposit for the dryer.
