The location of the apartments/studios are to be confirmed and will be confirmed at the moment of arrival at the real estate agency (if you need us to give you the exact location, please contact us and we will do our best). in case there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking, to confirm them in the same building, but it can NOT be guaranteed, in case there is no availability in the same building we will try to place them as close as possible.

The location and the address that appears on the web and on the confirmation voucher refer to the real estate agency.



Reception of the real estate agency:

- Saturdays: from 9.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. (access to the apartments from 5.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., departure from the apartment compulsory before 10.00 a.m. and delivery of keys at the real estate agency).

  • Apartment 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with 1 double bed or 2 beds or bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 6 people (1 room) Type A: One double room + cabin with double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 6 people (1 room + cabin) Type B: One double room + cabin with a double bed or 2 beds or bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 6 people (2 rooms) Type A: Two double rooms + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
  • Apartment for 8/10 people: One double room + room with a double bed and bathroom with shower + cabin with bunk beds + room with 2 beds + room with double bed and bathroom + living room + kitchen + 2 separate bathrooms.


The price does not include: towels, sheets and tourist tax required by the French government and final cleaning.

*Tourist tax : 1€ person/night. Direct payment on arrival.

Deposit deposit:

- Apartments/studios 4 or 5 people: 400€ per apartment.

- Apartments/studios6 people 500€ per apartment.

- Apartments/studios8 to 10 people 600 to 1500€ per apartment.

 

This must be paid by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

 

Pets are allowed on request : Supplement per week 35€ (max. 15kg)

 

 

About cancellations and modifications: In case of wanting to amend an apartment that influences a change of apartment will be considered as a cancellation.
