About the accommodation

The Résidence Les Balcons de L'Yse 3* is located in the French commune of Luz-Saint-Sauveur, in the Hautes-Pyrénées. A place where calm and comfort combine with relaxation and serenity.
During your stay you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, sauna, gym and billiards.

We inform you that during this winter season, you will only be able to enjoy it during its opening dates, from December 19, 2025 to January 4, 2026, and from February 6, 2026 to March 8, 2026.

The accommodation ski offers free Wi-Fi in the reception area, main areas and all accommodations.

In addition, the accommodation includes bed linen, towels, a cleaning kit with the necessary cleaning supplies, the kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as small appliances (kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker).

1-bedroom apartment for 4 people: living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
2-bedroom apartment for 6 people: one bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It also includes a bathroom with bathtub or shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.
2-bedroom duplex apartment for 8 people: it has a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bunk bed cabin. It also includes a fully equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and two toilets.

Thanks to its unbeatable location, you will find 3 ski resorts very close to the accommodation, Luz Ardiden at 12 km, Grand Tourmalet (Barèges ski area) at 12 km and Cauterets at 23 km.

Upon arrival at reception, you will be asked to pay the total amount of your stay: the tourist tax (1.57 €/person/day) and a cleaning fee of 45 €. You will also be required to pay a security deposit of 300 €, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, after inspection of the apartment.
