They are located about 900 meters from the gondola lift in the Soldeu sector of the Grandvalira ski resort.

 

The distribution of the apartments / studios is as follows:

  • Studio for 2 people: It has a double sofa bed or double bed.
  • Apartment 1 room for 4 people: It has a double sofa bed in the living room and 1 bedroom with double bed. They also have a balcony or terrace.
  • Apartment 2 rooms for 6 people: It has a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bedrooms, one of them has 1 bunk (2 single beds) and in the other a double bed.

 

They offer accommodation with a seating area and a TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available. They have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, coffee machine and oven. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle.

 

 

VERY IMPORTANT: The apartment has some mailboxes that contain the keys to facilitate check-in. In order to get this code from the mailbox, we will provide you with the contact of the real estate agent.

There will be a deposit of € 200, as you will enter directly to the apartment, the real estate will tell you by email or phone, how to proceed with it. At the time of checking out, this amount will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Cleaning is not included in the rate and must be paid 30 euros (for studies) or 50 € (for apartments) along with the deposit paid . Upon checking out, the condition of the apartments will be reviewed. If the apartments are clean, 30 or 50 euros will be refunded. If they are not in conditions, the accommodation will stay at least 30/50 euros of deposit.

Pets are allowed on request. Supplements may apply.

 

At about 19Kms is Andorra la Vella, the capital of the country, where one of the most important commercial areas of the country is located. We recommend that you go to the Caldea Spa Centre or spend the day in Naturlandia Park.
