It is a great pity that the beautifully constructed kitchen annexes are not equipped with anything at all. They would be useful at least: 4 glasses, 4 spoons and a kettle. I hope that the hotel management will think about this.

They need to improve the breakfast coffee machines, which create unnecessary queues and damage their image. It's illogical that you have to order two coffees from these best-selling machines just to get one.

I don't know if it was because we were from Amimir, but they gave us a room above the restaurant's warehouses where we could hear banging and especially when they took out the carts with garbage, through the ramp (which we had right below) for the containers, which also gave off a smell.
No sé si por ser de amimir, nos dieron una habitación encima de los almacenes del restaurante donde se oía golpes y sobre todo al sacar los carros con basura, por la rampa (que teniamos justo debajo) para los contenedores, que también desprendian olor.

It's the poor man's version of the Estival in Islantilla. Despite being part of the same chain, it's NOTHING APART. There's no water dispenser and hardly any seating in the lobby. The entertainment for both adults and children is mediocre. There are only a few activities, and they finish at 7 pm. The food is bad, reheated and reused with leftovers, low quality and little variety. Five different dishes, all fried, pizzas, and pasta. I've attached a video of what was served at one meal. That's all, plus pre-made desserts, of course. The breakfast was very good, though. Balinese beds are an extra charge. The rooms don't even have plates, glasses, or spoons like the other one. There's no complimentary water like at the other one. They even charge for water with meals, which is free at the other one. The location is very good, right next to the beach. The staff is all very friendly. Every single one. The cocktails are excellent, much better than at the other one. They even gave us a little gift for the journey home.
Es el hermano pobre del Estival de Islsntilla. Para ser la misma cadena NADA QUE VER. No tiene dispensador de agua ni apenas sitio para sentarse en la recepción. La animación tanto para adultos como para niños es mediocre. Cuatro cosas y acaban a las 7 de la tarde. Las comidas malas, recalentadas y reutilizadas con sobras, poca calidad y poca variedad. Cinco platos diferentes y todo fritanga, pizzas y pasta . Adjunto vídeo de lo que había en una comida. Solo eso y postres prefabricados claro. El desayuno muy bueno, eso sí. Camas balinesas de pago. Las habitaciones no tienen ni platos, ni vasos ni cucharas como el otro. No hay agua de bienvenida como el otro. Cobran hasta el agua en la comida, cosa que es gratis en el otro. La ubicación muy buena, al lado de la playa. El personal todo muy amable. Todos sin excepción Los coctails buenísimos, mucho mejor que en el otro Nos dieron un obsequio para el camino a la salida.

It's wonderful, it was a real holiday, with a buffet that pleasantly surprised us, with fresh orange juice at breakfast (details that make all the difference), plenty of activities for kids and shows in the evenings, highly recommended.

The bed is not very comfortable, and the pillows are very thin (for our taste). One detail that could be improved, which many hotels already do, is to give you one thin fiber pillow and another thicker foam/visco pillow.
La cama no es muy cómoda, y las almohadas muy finas (para nuestro gusto), un detalle a mejorar que ya hacen muchos hoteles es dejarte 1 almohada de fibra no muy gruesa y otra de espuma/visco más gordita.

Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

Another great experience with esquiades.com The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes. Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance. It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area. Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

It is imperative that you distance yourself from this website. We traveled from Italy and made a reservation at a hotel that was advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, exhausted with my 80-year-old mother, the hotel refused to accommodate us, claiming they were not pet-friendly. The information provided by Amimir was incorrect, leading to our eviction. Furthermore, Amimir did not take the initiative to assist us in finding alternative accommodation for the night.

Company trying to deceive people! One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

Been using Esquiades for 10yrs wouldn’t use anyone else. Only issue we have constantly is that we never receive the voucher for the Andbus. I know the details are in the confirmation email but Andbus REQUIRE their voucher and QR code. Each time we book we have to ring to ask for the voucher. It would be nice if the voucher was sent automatically.
