Exceptional location with a view of the ocean

The hotel and all its amenities are outdated; the rooms need to be renovated—the curtains have holes in them, the showers leak… you have to pay for everything: towels, the safe (€10 per day), which is excessive considering it’s free at other hotels, car park (€20 per night)… It’s all a way to make the guest pay extra on top of the room rate, which isn’t cheap. The dinners are pretty standard—not much in the way of new dishes—but they’re still decent.
L’hotel avec tous ses services sont désuets les chambres doivent etre rénovées des rideaux troués des douches qui coulent … tout est payant : les serviettes , le coffre fort 10€ par jour ce qui est excessif sachant qu’il est gratuit chez les autres hotels , le parking 20€ par nuit …. Tout est moyen de faire payer le client en plus de la nuitée qui n’est pas donnée. Les diners assez classiques pas bcp de nouveautés mais reste correct

Been using them for 10yrs
Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

Another great experience with esquiades.com The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes. Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance. It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area. Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

It is imperative that you distance…
It is imperative that you distance yourself from this website. We traveled from Italy and made a reservation at a hotel that was advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our late-night arrival, exhausted with my 80-year-old mother, the hotel refused to accommodate us, claiming they were not pet-friendly. The information provided by Amimir was incorrect, leading to our eviction. Furthermore, Amimir did not take the initiative to assist us in finding alternative accommodation for the night.

Company trying to deceive people! One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

Group of 22 for a ski weeknd
We booked a ski weekend for a large group including hotel rooms, ski passes and equipment rentals. The overall experience is very positive, the booking process was smooth and the options were clearly accessible. Been using Esquiades for 10yrs wouldn’t use anyone else. Only issue we have constantly is that we never receive the voucher for the Andbus. I know the details are in the confirmation email but Andbus REQUIRE their voucher and QR code. Each time we book we have to ring to ask for the voucher. It would be nice if the voucher was sent automatically.
