 9.2 Sergi travelled with family March 2023 Very well located, a few meters from the old town, unusual for a large hotel, with gardens, swimming pool and many services, and at the same time very easy to access by car. The car park lot is not enough for how big the hotel is when it is full, but nearby there are two public car park lots that are very easy to park. It makes it highly recommended for comings and goings to the ski resort. The wifi is very good, a good and stable signal, even in the room, something that is not so common in hotels. The restaurant itself is very good, pleasant atmosphere, menu with options and reasonable (for my taste the portions are very abundant), children's menu option that is worth it for families and very helpful staff. The heating is left over, spring weekend and we have had to turn off radiators. The garden, swimming pool, mini-golf looks very good, it invites you to visit it in summer as a perfect refuge between excursions.
Muy bien situado, a pocos metros del casco antiguo, poco habitual en un hotel grande, con jardines, piscina y muchos servicios, y la vez de muy fácil acceso en coche. El parking propio no es suficiente para lo grande que es el hotel cuando está lleno, pero en las proximidades hay dos parkings públicos de muy fácil aparcar. Lo hace muy recomendable para las idas y venidas a la estación de esquí. La wifi muy bien, buena señal y estable, incluso en la habitación, algo que no es tan habitual en los hoteles. El restaurante propio está muy bien, ambiente agradable, menú con opciones y razonable (para mi gusto las raciones muy abundantes), opción de menú infantil que merece la pena para familias y personal muy servicial. La calefacción sobrada, fin de semana primaveral y hemos tenido que apagar radiadores. El jardín, piscina, mini-golf tiene muy buena pinta, invita a visitarlo en verano como refugio perfecto entre excursión y excursión.

Hotel con buena relación calidad/precio, habitaciones renovadas, buen desayuno, servicio con excelente atención. Ubicado muy próximo a zona céntrica de restauración de Jaca.
It does not have a closed locker-type ski lockers , you have to take it up to the bedrooms. Difficult to park in high ski season.
No tiene guardaesquies tipo taquilla cerrada, te lo tienes que subir a las habitaciones. Dificultad para aparcar en temporada alta de esquí.

The hotel service should have worried because the car park lot was clean, it was full of snow and we had to remove the snow with a shovel... the wifi did not reach our room, and the heating was only turned on according to the hotel's x hours , not on demand, it was very cold.
