The real estate agency will try to confirm if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking in the same building, but can not be guaranteed, if there is no availability in the same building will try to be located as close as possible.
 
The tourist tax is not included in the price.

  • Apartment occupancy 6/8 people (2 rooms) (70/90m2) (Type GA3): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 2 beds or 1 double bed in the 2 rooms and 2 beds or sofa bed in the living room and 2 bunk beds in the hallway.
  • Apartment occupancy 8/10 people (3 rooms) (90/100m2) (Type GA4): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate wc, living room on the first floor: 2 beds or sofa bed. Bedroom n° 1 on the ground floor: two single beds. Bedroom n° 2 upstairs: two bunk beds. Bedroom n° 3 upstairs: two single beds.

The apartments are managed by the real estate agency that we will provide you once the booking is made.

The real estate agency has the right to assign the apartments according to the booking request and the number of people. If you do not wish to sleep on a sofa bed in the dining room, or in bunk beds for example, please let us know when you make your booking request.

When you arrive at your destination the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments.

Monday to Friday: 08:30h to 12:00h and 14:00h to 19:30hh.

Saturday: 08:00h to 20:00h

Sunday: 09:00h to 12:00h and 16:00h to 19:30hh

 

Deposit deposit of 600-800€ by credit card which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.
Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise it will be charged directly from the deposit.
 
Sheets and towels are included from 7 nights in the apartments.

If you stay from 1 to 6 nights, between Saturday, April 12, 2025 and Saturday, April 26, 2025 included, please note that sheets and towels are NOT included.
